Circle of Excellence Sales Award® Application 2021

1. All applications are filled out online and submitted online. Do not drop off applications to the Board offices.
2. All applications must be finalized and submitted online by 5pm January 10, 2022.
3. Verification committee members will begin verifying applications on January 11, 2022.
4. If the verification committee needs additional documentation, they will request it of the agent via phone or email.
5. Agents will have 3 days to submit requested additional documentation.  NO EXTENSIONS
6. NO advertising prior to February 1, 2022.

This prestigious program comprises two awards: The NJ Realtors® Circle of Excellence® Sales Award® and the NJ Realtors® Distinguished Sales Club. Applications will open on Aug. 1 and will be due and approved by the applicant’s broker/office manager by 5 p.m. EST on Jan. 8, 2024.

The NJ Realtors® Circle of Excellence® Sales Award® recognizes those members who have demonstrated excellence in the field of salesmanship.

The 2023 award levels are:

• Platinum: $20 million and 30 units minimum, or 125 units
• Gold: $12 million and 25 units minimum, or 90 units
• Silver: $6.5 million and 20 units minimum, or 70 units
• Bronze: $2.5 million and 15 units minimum, or 30 units

• Get A Circle of Excellence Industry Unit at NCJAR

  You can earn up to Three NJ Realtors® Circle of Excellence Sales Award Units and Continuing Education units at NCJAR.

  NJ Realtors® may utilize Industry Units (IU), or extra units, for non-sales related association activities toward their NJ Realtors® Circle of Excellence Sales Award. IU's can be earned in three different categories, for a maximum of three units across all three; RPAC Investment - Committee Service – NAR Designations & Certifications*. Complete one of NCJAR's Virtual NAR Designation or Certifications to earn a New Jersey Realtors® Circle of Excellence Sales Award Industry Unit(s).

  *Starting in 2022, you can claim any NAR-recognized certifications for an industry unit, in addition to your designations. It is required that all requirements for obtaining the designation/certification, including course work and paying application fees, be completed by Sept. 30, 2022.

  APPLICATIONS CAN BE DROPPED OFF TO ANY OF OUR 4 BOARD LOCATIONS BEGINNING DECEMBER 16TH AS FOLLOWS:

  MORRISTOWN – DROP OFF AT FRONT OF BUILDING (inside vestibule)
  WAYNE – DROP OFF AT BACK OF BUILDING (drop box)
  BLOOMFIELD – DROP OFF AT BACK OF BUILDING (drop box)
  WESTFIELD – DROP OFF AT FRONT OF BUILDING (inside vestibule)

  • ALL APPLICATIONS ARE DUE BY JANUARY 8, 2021, BY 5:00PM. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • ALL MLS TRANSACTIONS THAT ARE AUTO-POPULATED FROM THE MLS DO NOT NEED MLS PRINTOUT SHEETS IF THERE IS A CHECK MARK (√) NEXT TO THE TRANSACTION. IF THERE IS NO CHECK MARK (√) YOU MUST SUPPLY MLS SHEET
  • ALL NON-MLS TRANSACTIONS MUST HAVE EITHER A COPY OF YOUR COMMISSION STUB, OR A COMPANY TRANSACTION REPORT. IF THIS DOCUMENTATION IS NOT ATTACHED, THE APPLICATION CANNOT BE APPROVED.
  • ALL SIGNATURES AND INTITIALS MUST BE COMPLETED OR APPLICATON CANNOT BE APPROVED.

  We will not be asking for applicants to “drop off” additional information or proof, so please make sure your applications are complete. Check your transactions. Include all proof required for non-mls transactions. Initial every page where indicated. Have your broker sign.
