It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Jason Krochalis, Kienlen Lattmann Sotheby's, Morristown, NJ.
Jason explored several careers, ultimately finding his passion in the field of real estate and home renovations. He joined Sotheby’s International Realty at the firm, KLSR. He also founded ROI Group and LxW Home Services in the home renovation field.
His greatest joy was being a loving husband to Alexis and an energetic, engaged father to Avery and Reagan. He also cared deeply about the people on the teams he worked with, and was committed to helping others achieve their dreams.
Calling hours will be held on Friday, Dec. 15, from 4 to 8 pm at Doyle Funeral Home, 106 Maple Ave, Morristown, NJ 07960. A funeral service will be held at 10 am on Saturday, Dec. 16, at Assumption Church, 91 Maple Avenue, in Morristown.
To pay respects to Jason, in lieu of flowers, the family has asked to make contributions to Saint Jude's Children's Hospital, the Renbrook School, or Blinknow.org.

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Carol Gilligan, Weichert, Maplewood, NJ.
Carol was raised in Orange and has lived in Maplewood for over 50 years. She entered her worklife as an art teacher before a long and successful career as a realtor, ending as the Manager of the Weichert Maplewood office. Throughout her tenure in Maplewood, Carol was an active member of the Chamber of Commerce and the Rotary Club. Perhaps her greatest pride and joy was her role as a grandmother to 5 loving grandchildren.
The family is receiving friends at The Jacob A. Holle Funeral Home, 2122 Millburn Ave, Maplewood on Wed, Oct 4th from 5:00 – 7:00 PM. A memorial service will be held St. George's Episcopal Church, 550 Ridgewood Rd, Maplewood on Thursday, October 5th at 11:00 AM.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to vbgardens.org, the Puerto Vallarta botanical garden which is a beautiful place that Carol and Michael spend many a happy time, would be appreciated.

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of NCJAR Member Janice Fisher, a dedicated professional formerly of Coldwell Banker Realty in Livingston, New Jersey. Janice was not only an esteemed colleague but also a beloved sister to Carole Gottlieb, a Broker-Sales Associate at the same firm.
Graveside services to honor Janice's life will be held on Wednesday, August 2, at Beth David Cemetery in Elmont, Long Island. Following the service, a Shiva will be held at the Gottlieb home on Wednesday from 7-9 PM, providing a space for family and friends to cherish their memories of Janice.

Horace was the Former Director of Faith Bricks and Mortar non-profit, on the Planning Board for the City of Plainfield, FAMU New Jersey Alumni Association, Union County Foreclosure Task Force, Chairperson of Four Pillars Foundation, Realtor with ERA Queen City, Past Member of Union County College Board Of Trustees and on various ministries (especially Men’s fellowship and Foreign Missions) of Fountain Baptist Church.
Horace was an Intelligent, kind true southern gentleman at heart, helpful and talented man, a collector of music, stamps, coins and art. He was an avid traveler and loved reading and writing poetry with several poems published. He will be missed by many.
